Responsible for specific traffic lanes (which include organizing pricing, buying rates, sales programs, Sales Leads and Routing Orders) as designated. Identify opportunities for improvement within the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of business in Quickflo.
  • Ensure that budgets for Sales, Agency Traffics are achieved.
  • Ensure the team adheres to proper work procedures and company regulations.
  • Ensure all relevant sales tools and information are kept up-to-date.
  • Identify and source new areas of business, organize sales business to enlarge traffic.
  • Debt Collection - collect outstanding debt and feedback any dispute/problem to Freight Manager.
  • General - other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Prerequisites:

  • Diploma and above
  • Min. 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing in freight forwarding industry

Responsible for maintaining the freight library and qualifying of leads, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of freight cost.
  • Supporting the Business Development.
  • Handling incoming enquiry.
  • Tele-marketing.
  • Strive to generate more business for the company through daily contact with customers.
  • Debt Collection - collect outstanding debt and feedback any dispute/problem to Freight Manager.
  • General - other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Prerequisites:

  • GCE 'O' Level, Diploma and above
  • Preferably with 1-2 years experience in Sales support

Responsible for handling the freight bookings, customs and shipping documentation, arrange with the respective contractor for collection/delivery of cargo as well as any other operation requirement of clients, managing contractor etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer shipment requirement and deliver excellent services.
  • Ensure that budgets for Sales, Agency Traffics are achieved.
  • Ensure the team adheres to proper work procedures and company regulations.
  • Ensure all relevant sales tools and information are kept up-to-date.
  • Identify and source new areas of business, organize sales business to enlarge traffic.
  • Debt Collection - collect outstanding debt and feedback any dispute/problem to Freight.
  • General - other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Prerequisites:

  • GCE 'O' Level and above
  • At least 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding documentation and shipment management
  • Able to take pressure
