Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of business in Quickflo.
- Ensure that budgets for Sales, Agency Traffics are achieved.
- Ensure the team adheres to proper work procedures and company regulations.
- Ensure all relevant sales tools and information are kept up-to-date.
- Identify and source new areas of business, organize sales business to enlarge traffic.
- Debt Collection - collect outstanding debt and feedback any dispute/problem to Freight Manager.
- General - other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Prerequisites:
- Diploma and above
- Min. 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing in freight forwarding industry
Responsible for maintaining the freight data and sales leads, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of freight cost.
- Supporting the Business Development.
- Handling incoming enquiry.
- Tele-marketing.
- Strive to generate more business for the company through daily contact with customers.
- Debt Collection - collect outstanding debt and feedback any dispute/problem to Freight Manager.
- General - other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Prerequisites:
- GCE 'O' Level, Diploma and above
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in Sales support
Responsible for handling the freight bookings, documentation, and co-ordination.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer shipment requirement and deliver excellent services.
- Ensure that budgets for Sales, Agency Traffics are achieved.
- Ensure the team adheres to proper work procedures and company regulations.
- Ensure all relevant sales tools and information are kept up-to-date.
- Identify and source new areas of business, organize sales business to enlarge traffic.
- Debt Collection - collect outstanding debt and feedback any dispute/problem to Freight.
- General - other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Prerequisites:
- Diploma and above
- At least 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding documentation and co-ordination
- Work within tight time-lines
